All content on the AfriConsultancy website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of AfriConsultancy or its content licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Limited use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided all intellectual property notices are retained.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AfriConsultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
AfriConsultancy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any job listing or candidate profile published on our platform. We act as an intermediary and are not party to the employment relationship between an Employer and Candidate.
AfriConsultancy offers a 90-day replacement guarantee on executive and senior placements, subject to the following conditions:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform and services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users, our reputation, or our business.
Employers may cancel a job listing at any time, however no refund will be issued for listing fees already paid where the listing has been published for more than 48 hours.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation for a period of not less than 30 days.
